Thanks for the case. I do think you need to do alignment correction at least. You could do the alignment correction and wait on the defect. I would do both and I would do an allograft for the defect area. However this patient is a little old for what I usually see so I am not the expert on this. Thanks again.
Thanks Roger. I think the age is probably the most limiting factor in this patient’s prognosis. I am not certain if this is a true adult OCD, or a osteochondral defect from trauma.
